A/C leaking issues
Poor, but poor maintenance. A\C leak goin on for 22 days now. Leaks is inside the bathroom. I accept submitted 7 work orders request and zero gets done.

I've been here a little over a month. My experience so far has been horrible. The awarding process was pretty easy but that was almost it.When nosotros 1st moved in our washer didn't work. I was told i would have to call and schedule an appointment with the maker due to covid. Simply to take whirlpool come out a calendar week later and say its something briarwood would accept to fix. Guess something was wrong with the outlet. Briarwood stock-still information technology but also left a huge hole in the wall saying a contractor would exist past to fix it. Pigsty is currently still there a month later. Final calendar week im not sure what happened with the plumbing but my husband and I woke upwardly to our downstairs flooded with water from our toilet. Business firm smelled of sewerage. My neighbors were experiencing the same issue. Called them around 1130 no one came until almost 430. And that was only to look at it. Smh i had to go to work that twenty-four hour period. I called the office numerous times to get no respond & hung up on. Mind you our toilet was still inundation throughout the day. Made my husband physically go to the office. Eventually they sent someone effectually seven/8 ish im guessing to vacuum up the water. Oh yep the water flooded into my dining & kitchen through the baseboards. Had to throw away my rug. Its an older building and then theres all kinds of nooks & crannies. So im 90% sure water seeped through. MOLD. They Eventually stock-still the upshot that night & sent two ladies to my place the next day to mop my bathroom. Equally of at present the drainage sucks hither. Im going to assume that the whole building must drain nigh my dwelling because its constantly full of water and smells of sewerage. Literally adjacent to my front door. Where the drain opens theres erstwhile tissue build up. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews, if you do rent here id suggest getting legal shield to help in situations like these. I fault myself for not considering the reviews & rushing to discover a place. Nosotros moved from out of country & were living with friends and we were desperate to get our ain fast

Leaking walls
I've had leaking walls for 3 weeks and I gauge they don't consider that an emergency and they don't answer to your emails. Also I tried to leave a message for an emergency but that doesn't work so if you take an emergency you are so screwed

The people at Briarwood was very helpful when it came downwards to me moving into my first flat. If i have questions they are always willing to answer them the best mode they can. The apartments are nice inside and out. I recommend anybody check them out!

NOT move in ready!
I was supposed to be a tenant here, but when it was time for my move in day, my apartment was NOT ready. My mother who was helping me,nosotros walked into my apartment and it was only heartbreaking. There's a full list of so much that needed to exist washed. Stains on cabinets, mold in the living room window, holes in the screen, bathroom chiffonier had hair, private patio landscape was not done, etc. It was an extremely disappointing experience because I had Uhaul with all my stuff ready to settle into my new dwelling. Then on the exterior, the neighbour had a dog poop bag put by out entrance door. SMH information technology was bad. The Only swell affair about trying to motility here was meeting the leasing lady Cynthia!!! She'due south BEYOND amazing and deserves to exist working somewhere else.

If saving coin and living small is the goal this is the place !!! Also as far as the units they udate and repair anything you enquire and then if you lot want to look at your place similar a teue home and have good care of it the staff is very helpful in making your unit the all-time information technology can exist !!!! Angie and Stephaine and Debbie are crawly !!!!! Delight remember to your apartments are what you make of them to !!!! Tied of seeing negitve reviews of a complex that is conspicuously !!! Doing there absoulte best to serve Bairwood residents to the all-time of at that place ablity !!! Also large plus the utilies are semi included through your rent and prices are very very good !!!! and the app to pay rent theough is so easy and convient !!!!! Equally someone who plans to live hither for a long fourth dimension !! I promise more people who want to take reaponsiblity of there unit and treat it like in that location home go along it make clean and maninted it will just brand the complex meliorate !!! likewise the location tin not be beat everything you demand is correct there !!! And the units take a lot of cute charcter they encourage decorating your patio and its just and then neat to take a place to make into a home at a cost that lets you save a ton of money !!!!!??????????????????????????????????
