Iron Man is a pivotal character within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As he is the one that started it all, it is only fair that he's one of the most prevalent characters. The futurist is known for his playboy personality just as much as his suit of armor.

But over the years, the character development he earned has garnered him a lot of love. So much so that many people ended up cosplaying him or drawing fan art of him. This is especially true ever since Avengers: Endgame where he committed the ultimate sacrifice. 10 The Futurist Becomes A God

First on the list is the iconic moment when Iron Man grabbed the stones from Thanos. Of course, it isn't an exact recreation as it shows the Iron Man armor shiny and bold. The helmet still being on and the infinity stones grafted on his hand without any repercussions.

That being said, the art created by jackriverhernandez is very impressive. As the Iron Man is colored and shaded well as it contrasts the green background. It is particularly impressive because the armor has a sheen that really makes it look metallic in design.

9 And I Am Iron Man

Contrasting the first entry is the art piece created by Kyle Petchock Art.  A great digital piece, the artist implemented his own cleaner and softer style to contrast the absolute power of the scene from the film. Although that is the case, the art style actually complements it in a way. Having the power and energy of the stones be more poignant and pronounced while combining it with the warm yellow in the background. It's a testament of sacrifice that ultimately embodies the character arc of Tony Stark.

One of the most unique pieces for Iron Man fan art, it is the one created by elite_adi_official.  Incorporating some fun splash art here, there is plenty of things to love. One of the most notable is the variety of Iron Man masks that are at the top of the art.

7 The Iron Family

One of the most surprising but also genuinely enjoyable developments for Iron Man is the introduction of his family. Specifically his daughter Morgan. As a father, it became a point of his character that made him far wiser than he was before. As such, many fans loved this new addition and have created fan art like the one created by limaocomvodka. Since the art is based on the idea of a fun moment in time, it makes the ending of Endgame all the more depressing.

6 What If Things Were Different

What if instead of Iron Man, it was Captain America who committed the ultimate sacrifice. Back in the comics when the Civil War was originally introduced, it was Captain America that perished. Even back when the movies were being made, some thought that Captain America dying was a possibility. So it's fun to see the dynamic switch between the two. As the relationship between them has always been a pivotal part of the MCU.

5 Forever Remembered

Although this is technically not an Avengers Endgame piece, it is still important to have since it symbolizes the legacy that Iron Man gives to the future generation of superheroes. The grey statue showing how much many people miss the character, while also having a young Spider-Man sitting on his shoulder. Still missing him and also arguably being the living legacy of the invincible superhero.

Combined with the infinity stones, it shines brightly in the dark background along with the other lights within the Iron Man suit. The way the pose is positioned also shows a determined character who is willing to go above and beyond against Thanos.

3 Journeying Back Into The Past

This simple but fun piece is created by nandskarth. Depicting the scene where Iron Man and Captain America journey back in time to get more Pym particles and the tesseract, the piece is very clean. With soft colors and clean linework, it creates a warm and straightforward piece that also has decent expression work done as well. Probably the cheekiest thing that's in the art is the bubble on the top right corner which helps illustrate the scene further with the other character in the elevator.

2 The Iron Trinity

This gorgeous piece is created by Camille Vialet which depicts the Iron family trinity. Specifically Tony Stark, James Rhodes' War Machine, and Pepper Potts who are probably wearing the MCU version of Rescue. It's a straightforward piece with the three being in front of an explosive background.

But what makes this piece special is the power that is put behind these three. As they are the first characters that most fans know of, it's only fair that fans are able to get them at their absolute peak. With all of their development generally getting finished and their character arcs complete at this point.

Finally, the last piece to be talked about is the one created by art.eileenkim. Showing the last message given by Iron Man upon his death, although done a little differently, still shows the emotional weight that has been put upon his death. Showing a mixture of sadness and finality.

Of course outside of that, the art is really special as it seems to have taken elements from animation like Disney or Dreamworks. The expressions from both Morgan Stark and Pepper Potts only makes this whole art piece go the extra mile overall.
